Tips and Strategies
Evolution Theory |
I've been playing Pokemon
for a while and beat it a couple of times,
and I found out that if you stop
evolution, it can be a good thing. Still
don't understand? Well, for some Pokemon
such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, and
Squirtle, if you don't evolve them, they
learn their skills at an earlier time
than their evolved counterparts. An
example is an Venusaur learns Solar Beam
at Lv. 65, while Bulbasaur learns it at
Lv. 48! Also, a level 65 Pikachu will
more than likely kick a level 65 Raichu's
butt!
Also if some Pokemon evolve, they may not
learn any more skills. a Clefable doesn't
learn any more skills while a Clefairy
will still continue to learn more! So
when you are about to evolve a Pokemon,
you might want to think about it first,
because it may never be the same. |
Easy Level Up |
You might have already
heard this already, but in case you didn't
here goes... The easiest way to level up
your weakest Pokémon is to put 'em up on
the line first... so when you come up to
a fight, they'll pop up. But when it's
your turn, be sure to switch to a Pokémon
that is strong and BAM! Finish the fight!
Now even though the little Pokémon didn't
fight, it still picks up experience
points! Hehehe!! How sneaky can ya get!
Another good tip for leveling up Pokémon
is to go up against EVERY Pokémon
trainer you see... they're Pokémon are
way stronger than wild Pokémon and
therefore means more experience points!
So even though you don't feel like it,
fight all the trainers! |
